Abhinav manages the litigation department of the firm. He has experience in advising, appearing and representing clients before various foras such as the Supreme Court of India, various high courts and district courts, consumer forums and Company Law Board. Abhinav represents the clients before the regulatory authorities and tribunals including but not limited to NGT, BIFR, AAIFR, DRT etc.

 

Taking his valuable experience of civil and corporate commercial litigation gained during working with The Chambers of Law and K. Datta & Associates forward, Abhinav currently assists a clientele comprising of but not limited to NBFC’s, hospitality companies, construction companies, insurance companies.
