Part 3 of our 3 part presentation on gambling laws in India with specific emphasis on games of chance and games of skill. In this third and last part of our presentation, we discuss the various laws which promote games of chance, the recent legislations brought out by a few states with respect to online gaming, international perspective on gaming/gambling and our suggestions on the way forward.
